Screen Printing
Screen printing is the oldest and most durable method for printing on large and flat surfaces. Screen printing is most commonly used on various types of textiles, such as clothing like T-shirts, hoodies, caps, and workwear. Screen printing on T-shirts is known for its durability and strong resistance to washing, abrasion, and external factors. Our printing house works on top-of-the-line machines, ensuring that every print is made with great precision and accuracy. Clothing prints created with this method are of excellent quality, with vibrant colors and durability.
The advantages of screen printing are numerous, and the most notable include:
Printing can be done in any color
The ability to create multi-color prints, with the availability of a wide color palette allowing for very vivid and intense colors
The print is highly durable, with strong mechanical resistance and resilience to UV rays, ensuring it doesn’t fade under sunlight or lose quality due to contact with water
This method is ideal for clothing and equipment frequently exposed to variable weather conditions. Screen printing services are most often used by businesses and agencies, but also by companies offering custom merchandise and creating prints on a variety of items
Screen Printing on T-Shirts – What Does It Involve?
Screen printing technology is carried out using a special screen printing mesh, typically made of aluminum or nylon. This mesh is made from nylon, polyester, or metal.
The print is made by transferring ink through a pre-prepared matrix. In the past, this method was done manually, but today, with significant technological advancements, the process is primarily automated using carousel machines (hydraulic or pneumatic presses that press the ink into the material).
Unfortunately, screen printing technology has its limitations. Each color is applied with a separate matrix, meaning smooth transitions between colors or gradients are not always possible.
Direct screen printing and transfer screen printing are techniques used primarily for larger production runs.
Flex and Flock Foils
Flex Printing
Flex is a printing method most commonly used for producing prints on sports shirts and custom shirts with individual designs. Prints made with this method are characterized by high durability and resistance to stretching. This technique is used to create professional football uniforms featuring sponsor logos, player numbers, and names. You can be sure that when watching a match on TV, the print on the back of the player’s shirt was made this way.
A wide range of materials is available on the market for use with this printing method. Apart from standard colorful prints, we can also create reflective designs for softshell jackets, luminous safety vests, glitter inserts, and much more.
Flock Printing
Flock, on the other hand, resembles velvety or suede fibers. Prints made using flock add an exclusive appearance to garments. Flock is also commonly used for creating prints on sweatshirts and polo shirts.
Print Production
To create a print, a vector graphic design is necessary. A professional graphic designer will create the design tailored to the actual dimensions of the shirt. The appropriately prepared file is sent to a plotter, which cuts the design from a foil sheet. Manual selection of the elements from the foil, known as “weeding” (removing the negative areas of the print), is essential. This step significantly affects the final quality.
The print is applied to the garment using heat presses. The use of presses with high pressure is critical for the durability of the print. Poor-quality foil or inappropriate temperatures can affect the appearance of the print. At our company, we use only high-quality materials and tools, ensuring top-notch product quality. This allows us to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Computer embroidery
Na czym polega haft komputerowy na odzieży?
Embroidery is a method of decorating materials that has been known since ancient times. In the past, embroidery was done manually using needles, threads, and simple tools. This process was very time-consuming, making it a luxury few could afford for decorating fabric. This method of creating patterns by hand has now become a rarity, but thanks to modern and precise embroidery machines, this once tedious process has been significantly accelerated.
Modern embroidery machines can produce over 1,000 stitches per minute. Nowadays, designing a pattern, which once took hours of manual work, can take just a few minutes. Thanks to technological advances, computer embroidery has not lost its uniqueness and elegance. Embroidered logos for companies are a very elegant solution for professional and personal clothing. The embroidery itself is very durable, retains its appearance over time, and withstands daily wear. For this reason, the Polish State Fire Service uses only clothing marked with embroidery. Likewise, national symbols such as coats of arms or flags, as well as ordinary uniforms, are often created using computer embroidery.
Stages of creating computer embroidery on clothing
The first step in creating computer embroidery on clothing is preparing the embroidery pattern. An experienced graphic designer uses the properties of threads to achieve the desired depth of the design. They also select the types of stitches and finishes. For more advanced projects, the designer can adjust stitch paths individually. A well-thought-out design ensures that the final effect will be both elegant and aesthetic.
Once a test embroidery sample is made, the project proceeds to implementation. It is worth noting that the preparation process also considers the efficiency of the machine and thread consumption, ensuring the final cost and execution time meet the expectations of the customer.
Advantages of computer embroidery
Computer embroidery on clothing, performed using machines, is an alternative to hand-stitched designs. The embroidery process itself is not limited to simple designs, and thanks to the advanced properties of modern embroidery machines, the work is much faster and reduces production costs.
The very application of embroidery has many advantages, including the durability and resistance of the design to wear and washing. A properly embroidered logo or emblem looks extremely effective, adding prestige to the clothing. For this reason, we often perform computer embroidery for government services, where proper presentation and durability are especially important.
Another advantage is the precision of the work, which allows for recreating virtually any design on a wide range of clothing. There are no limits to creativity in the choice of patterns.
For those who value ecology, computer embroidery is an ideal solution, as no harmful substances are released during the production process.
Computer embroidery on clothing
In addition to embroidery on the fabric (T-shirts, sweatshirts, tracksuits, hats, etc.), we also make individual patches, pennants, coats of arms, emblems and others.
T-shirts with computer embroidery look aesthetically pleasing and elegant, the advantage of this method is resistance to mechanical abrasion, resistance to washing, resistance to weather conditions.
Computer embroidery on clothing is ideal for marking small signs, logos.
Sublimation
Sublimation printing is performed using special sublimation inks on transfer paper. The process involves permanently embedding the ink into the fabric. Prints are created on special materials under high pressure and temperature conditions. Prints made using this method are characterized by vivid colors and high resistance to abrasion. Sublimation is an environmentally friendly method, free of any solvents or harmful chemicals.
This method is ideal for printing on advertising materials, as it guarantees the best results. If you want to order company shirts with sublimation prints, contact us today.
